Stuti is a brand strategist who builds intricate worlds for brands that want to champion courageous ideas; with a practice informed by design thinking, continuous cultural curiosity, anda keen desire to understand human idiosyncracies.




To bring abstract ideas to paper, my strategic approach is equal parts structure and instinct: combining the two to reach for something unexpected, yet true. I endeavour to construct brand worlds that tell poignant stories with clarity, not by simplifying the complex, but by treating it with intricacy to connect all the dots.

To translate concept to form, design thinking helps me consider how word and image work together to relate to an audience. I truly believe that for design to be good, it has to be effective.

In finding inspiration, I have become a bit of a collector of sensory experiences. Some of these experiences include scuba diving, singing, mood-based playlist making, list writing, analog printing, cooking and collaging. I’ve lived in India, Vietnam, the Philippines, the US. These different cultures influence my ways of seeing and interpreting meaning, and keep my thinking plural.

Most recently, I worked at The Working Assembly in New York City, helping brands figure out who they are and how they should show up in the world. I hold a Masters in Branding from the School of Visual Arts, where my brain was stretched in multiple different ways it hadn’t been before, and a Bachelors in Design from the National Institue of Design in Ahmedabad which taught me both wonder and precision. 

Recently, I won a Kyoorius Baby Blue Elephant with a team of incredible designers at Studio Public Knowledge for our work on the Literary Map website by Hammock Mag.
